SuitUpForJack is a global cosplayer driven blood donor awareness campaign inspired by Jack Malott-Clarke, a 12 year old who has so far required 132 units of blood and platelets to battle Severe Aplastic Anaemia. This condition affects his body's ability to make blood so blood donation has literally been a life saver for him. The campaign started in London, Ontario but is growing worldwide with Cosplayers from other cities and states donating blood while in costume and holding a sign with the hashtag #suitupforjack on it. When these photos are shared on social media more people learn about the campaign as well as the need for blood in their area.
